Kids Club Attendant

About the role

Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is looking for a Kids Club Attendant to provide administrative support and deliver memorable experiences for teenagers, young guests and their families. The role keeps the Children's Club running smoothly while offering safe, personalized care.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and host age-appropriate, entertaining and educational activities for teenagers, young guests and their families according to the Children's Club concept.
• Follow pre-opening, opening, closing and post-closing operational and cleaning procedures at the Children's Club.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve operational and environmental procedures in the hotel.
• Maintain a constant awareness of children's whereabouts and offer a safe, fun environment.
• Exercise discretion and good judgment, and communicate with parents in a tactful and courteous way.
• Meet and greet arriving teenagers and young guests.
• Assist in organizing children's experiences with other departments and coordinate child amenities.

Required profile

• Experience as a children's teacher or nurse, handling teenagers and younger children.
• A passion for hospitality, integrity, teamwork, ownership and a focus on the now.
