Kids Club Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah as a Kids Club Attendant and create memorable experiences for young guests and their families. You will be the friendly face that welcomes children, organizes fun and educational activities, and ensures a safe, enjoyable environment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and host age‑appropriate, entertaining and educational activities in line with the Children’s Club concept.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following opening, closing and cleaning procedures.
• Greet arriving young guests, provide babysitting services on request, and supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Monitor children’s whereabouts at all times and intervene when conflicts or special needs arise.
• Handle guest complaints, involve supervisors when necessary, and strive to increase guest satisfaction.
• Manage club consumables, merchandising stock and coordinate with other hotel departments for special children’s experiences.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously suggest improvements to operational procedures.
