Kids Club Attendant – Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

As a Kids Club Attendant at the Waldorf Astoria in Ras Al Khaimah, you will create a safe, fun and educational environment for our young guests and their families. You will be the face of the club, welcoming children, organising activities and ensuring memorable experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate, entertaining and educational activities for children and teenagers in line with the Children’s Club concept.
• Maintain the club’s opening, closing and cleaning procedures, ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
• Provide attentive, personalized service, greeting guests, assisting with babysitting requests and handling any complaints.
• Monitor children’s whereabouts at all times and intervene when conflicts or special needs arise.
• Collaborate with supervisors and duty managers to resolve issues and suggest improvements to club operations.
• Participate in training sessions and apply learned best practices daily.
• Support cost‑saving initiatives by proper use and handling of hotel property and equipment.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills with guests, parents and team members.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene and hotel service standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience in children’s entertainment, babysitting or similar hospitality roles.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety procedures for supervising children.
