Kids Club Counselor

About the role

As a Kids Club Counselor at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort and Spa Marjan Island, you will create a safe, fun, and memorable environment for children and families, delivering the warmth of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet children and parents, manage registration, and ensure a welcoming Kids Club experience.
• Organize, supervise, and encourage participation in age‑appropriate games, arts & crafts, and educational activities.
• Maintain attendance records, prepare activity materials, and support daily operations for the Kids Club Supervisor.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality, education, childcare or recreation qualification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, hospitality or customer‑service role.
• Passion for working with children in a multicultural environment and good command of English.

Required skills

• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Ability to plan and lead age‑appropriate activities.
