About the role
The Kids Club Supervisor leads the daily operations of the Kids Club at Yas Plaza Hotels, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for young guests and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Kids Club, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Supervise and coach Kids Club Attendants.
- Plan, organise and deliver age‑appropriate activities and programmes.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming space for children.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, Hospitality, Leisure Management or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, hospitality or educational setting.
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Experience in resorts, hotels or family entertainment facilities is beneficial.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
