Kids Club Supervisor

About the role

The Kids Club Supervisor leads the daily operations of the Kids Club at Yas Plaza Hotels, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for young guests and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Kids Club, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Supervise and coach Kids Club Attendants.
• Plan, organise and deliver age‑appropriate activities and programmes.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming space for children.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, Hospitality, Leisure Management or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, hospitality or educational setting.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in resorts, hotels or family entertainment facilities is beneficial.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
