Kids Club Supervisor – Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island

About the role

We are looking for a fun‑loving, creative entertainer to lead the Kids Club at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. The role combines safety, education and adventure, delivering memorable experiences for our young guests and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and engaging environment by supervising play activities, providing first aid and responding to emergencies.
• Plan, organise and lead age‑appropriate excursions and daily programmes across the resort.
• Supervise the set‑up, facilitation and clean‑up of all scheduled activities.
• Lead, motivate and train the Kids Club team, maintaining service standards and safety procedures.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure activities run efficiently and in line with resort policies.
• Build positive relationships with children and parents, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in children’s activities, recreation, childcare or Kids Club operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar hospitality or childcare setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Focus on guest satisfaction with a calm and courteous demeanor.
• Knowledge of child safety practices and first‑aid procedures (advantageous).
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate programmes.
• Additional language skills such as Russian, German or Arabic are a plus.
