Land Surveyor - Infra Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to lead surveying operations for sewerage treatment plant projects in Dubai. The role involves managing survey teams, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering technical documentation that meets UAE construction standards. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff while staying current with emerging surveying technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive land surveys and site assessments for sewerage treatment plant projects using advanced equipment.
• Analyze survey data, prepare technical reports, site plans and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Manage and supervise surveying teams, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and perform quality control checks.
• Maintain organized records of all survey data, measurements and project documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional land surveying experience, with at least 5 years on stormwater, wastewater or sewerage treatment plant projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software and surveying data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, UAE construction standards and local surveying regulations.
