Laundry Attendant – Valet

About the role

The Laundry Attendant – Valet is responsible for collecting, checking, recording, and delivering guest laundry and dry‑cleaning items in line with hotel standards. The role ensures garments are handled with care and returned promptly while providing excellent guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect guest laundry and dry‑cleaning items from rooms and verify items for stains, damage, and discrepancies.
• Record all items accurately, coordinate with the Laundry Department for timely processing, and deliver clean garments to guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry valet area and follow hygiene, health, and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel laundry department or similar role is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and a good command of English.
