Laundry Manager

About the role

JA The Resort is seeking an experienced Laundry Manager to lead its laundry operations, ensuring that all linen, uniform and guest garments meet the high standards expected by guests. This role combines operational oversight with team leadership to deliver seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multicultural laundry team.
• Maintain the highest standards of laundry quality and presentation.
• Oversee linen, uniform and guest laundry operations.
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance and operational costs.
• Drive efficiency through process improvement and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, ISO, LQA and operational standards.
• Handle guest requests and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor productivity, reporting and departmental performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Laundry Manager or senior laundry leader in hospitality.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing large‑volume laundry operations.
• Ability to drive quality, efficiency and service excellence.
• Middle East hospitality experience is an advantage.
