Lead AI Business Consultant (Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead AI Business Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi (with options for Dubai). This senior, client‑facing position focuses on shaping AI‑enabled transformation opportunities, guiding executives through early‑stage discussions, and bridging business needs with our AI engineering capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front‑end engagements, conducting discovery workshops and executive briefings with senior stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders, defining AI‑driven business use cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Develop and present winning proposals, value narratives, and ROI business cases.
• Translate business priorities into clear briefs for AI and engineering teams.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure alignment between business intent and solution delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, preferably with top‑tier firms.
• Proven track record of leading pre‑sales and advisory conversations with enterprise clients.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and a strong commercial mindset.
