Descon Engineering Services & Technology is seeking a Lead Design Engineer – Package Equipment to join its growing Oil & Gas team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on leading the design of packaged equipment for oil and gas projects, ensuring engineering excellence and delivering solutions that meet client requirements. The successful candidate will work on challenging projects in the UAE and will be part of a dynamic, experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design engineering activities for packaged equipment in oil and gas projects.

Required profile

• Graduate Engineer in any discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of total engineering experience.
• Strong exposure to oil and gas projects (preferred).
• Passionate about engineering excellence.

• Hands‑on expertise with Compress software.
