Lead Generation and Marketing Associate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation and Marketing Associate to support our international clients through remote execution of sales and marketing operations. This entry‑to‑junior position combines research, communication, and marketing execution, offering exposure to global markets and hands‑on experience with CRM and outreach tools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and industry tools.
• Support planning, execution, tracking, and optimization of email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client data.
• Conduct outreach and follow‑ups via email, social platforms, and other channels.
• Assist in managing lead progression through the sales funnel.
• Perform market and competitor research to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Ensure high‑quality data entry across spreadsheets, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
• Organize and maintain databases to support reporting and business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in lead generation, marketing support, sales support, or data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks accurately in a remote environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret basic marketing and lead data.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently with flexible schedules aligned to business needs.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
