Lead Integration Specialist

About the role

The Lead Integration Specialist will design, govern, and deliver enterprise‑grade integration solutions using WSO2 middleware technologies. This senior position provides technical leadership across solution architecture, delivery, support, and governance for digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert‑level technical leadership for WSO2 middleware applications and lead end‑to‑end solution design for new initiatives and enhancements.
• Own solution architecture from business analysis through vendor selection, ensuring modularity, reusability, scalability, and compliance with architectural standards.
• Design, manage, and govern the full API lifecycle using WSO2 API Manager, including creation of APIs and Data Services Server implementations.
• Develop complex mediation logic and data transformations with WSO2 Enterprise Integrator / Micro Integrator.
• Implement robust security standards (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, WS‑Security) and produce technical documentation for integrations.
• Lead performance testing, UAT, production deployments and resolve production support incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with WSO2 integration products (API Manager, Enterprise Integrator, Micro Integrator, Data Services Server).
• Solid experience with SOAP and RESTful web services, API lifecycle management, and integration security standards.
• Basic working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, RDBMS concepts, SQL scripting, and source control (Git).
• Familiarity with high‑availability deployments on Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
