Lead - Nerve Center (Logistics)

About the role

Noatum Logistics is seeking a visionary leader to establish and run a regional control‑tower capability that coordinates rapid, data‑driven responses to operational disruptions across ports, logistics and maritime operations. The Lead – Nerve Center will act as the central command point during crises, ensuring alignment, structured decision‑making and disciplined execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional nerve center during disruptions such as port congestion, geopolitical events, supply‑chain breakdowns or capacity shortages.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end response across ports, logistics and maritime clusters, creating unified action plans.
• Develop and maintain incident‑management protocols, escalation tiers and response playbooks.
• Serve as the single source of truth for crisis status, decisions and execution tracking.
• Drive cross‑cluster alignment among operations, commercial, procurement, legal, risk and IT teams.
• Break down silos, ensure seamless information flow across countries and clusters, and synthesize inputs into actionable options for senior leadership.
• Identify dependencies across supply‑chain nodes and manage them proactively.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in logistics, supply‑chain or related operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale crises and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of identifying growth opportunities and influencing key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and decision‑support capabilities in high‑impact environments.
