Lead QA/QC Engineer

About the role

The Lead QA/QC Engineer will manage quality assurance and control processes for ADNOC growth projects, ensuring full compliance with contractual, ADNOC, and international standards. Reporting to the Project Quality Manager, the role oversees the project quality management system, risk registers, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, approve, and enforce project‑specific Quality Management System manuals, procedures, and KPIs.
• Maintain and regularly update project risk, lesson‑learned, NCR, and audit registers.
• Conduct quality audits, monitor compliance, and ensure corrective actions are closed timely.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and third‑party inspection agencies to verify material and equipment acceptance.
• Support project teams with QA/QC expertise, ensuring resources are adequately staffed and trained.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing QA/QC on large‑scale oil & gas or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC policies, ISO 9000 series, and international QA/QC standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and interface with contractors, licensors, and stakeholders.
