About the role
The Aquila School is looking for a Learning Support Assistant. The role supports students in the classroom and during activities, helping them develop and follow individualized support plans while keeping track of their progress.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
- Provide support to students in the classroom and during activities.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
Required profile
- Experience in learning support, preferably in an educational setting.
- Relevant certification or degree in education or a related field.
Required skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent patience and ability to work with diverse students.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
