About the role
We are seeking a driven Leasing Consultant to join Tanami Properties in Dubai. The role focuses on the resale of residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through smooth transactions and connecting buyers with attractive investment opportunities in the secondary market.
Key responsibilities
- Manage resale listings across Dubai, including apartments, villas, townhouses and plots.
- Prospect, source and secure new resale listings from property owners.
- Conduct property valuations, market analysis and develop pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and landlords.
- Arrange and lead property viewings, negotiate offers and close deals.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, community developments and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, follow up on leads and collaborate with the sales manager to meet monthly targets.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in Dubai’s resale/secondary real‑estate market.
- In‑depth knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends and resale procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
- Proven track record of closing resale transactions.
- Currently based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving licence.
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Geniemap, Property Monitor, Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
- Experience using digital marketing platforms for property promotion.
