Resale Consultant

About the role

Tanami Properties is seeking a driven Resale Consultant to join its Dubai‑based team. You will focus on the secondary market, helping buyers and sellers navigate residential and commercial resale transactions across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resale listings for villas, townhouses, plots and apartments.
• Prospect new owners, secure listings and conduct property valuations.
• Perform market analysis and develop pricing strategies for resale assets.
• Arrange viewings, negotiate offers and close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and team to meet monthly targets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in Dubai’s resale or secondary market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends and resale procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Currently based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving licence.
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Geniemap, Property Monitor, Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
