About the role
We are seeking a professional, organized, and motivated Personal Assistant / Admin to support our dynamic real‑estate team in Dubai. The role involves handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
- Assist with property‑related paperwork and coordinate with external partners as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Own visa or husband’s visa preferred.
- Previous experience in real‑estate administration is a plus.
- Availability to work office hours from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
