Real Estate Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join La Capitale Real Estate in Dubai. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing pipeline of real‑estate brokers and agents, ensuring the company meets its aggressive hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit at least 2 new agents each week (approximately 8 per month).
• Maintain an active recruitment pipeline and continuously source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct follow‑up communications professionally and persuasively.
• Arrange coffee or informal meetings to convince agents to switch to our firm.
• Track and report hiring metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in Dubai, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Thick skin, fast response times, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
