Leasing Executive - Mixed-Use Portfolio

About the role

Al Marwan Group, a holding company founded in 1978 with a diversified portfolio in real estate development and management, hospitality, general contracting and heavy machinery trading, is hiring a Leasing Executive in Sharjah. The role covers the end-to-end leasing of a mixed-use portfolio of retail, office and residential components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement proactive leasing strategies tailored to the mix of retail, office and residential components in the portfolio.
• Handle the full leasing process: site viewings, negotiation of commercial terms such as rent, fit-out periods and rent-free periods, and finalisation of lease agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants, real estate brokers and existing tenants to ensure high retention.
• Curate a strategic tenant mix that improves foot traffic, encourages cross-visitation and boosts property value.
• Prepare regular leasing reports, pipeline updates and market analysis for senior management.
• Work with Property Management, Marketing and Legal teams on tenant onboarding, promotional events and compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• 3 to 5+ years of active real estate leasing experience, with a proven track record in mixed-use projects (retail plus residential/office).
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, commercial lease structures and current market trends.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, able to pitch to both corporate brands and local boutique operators.

Required skills

• Sharp negotiation and closing skills for complex, multi-faceted lease agreements.
• Proficiency in property management and CRM software (e.g. Yardi).
