Lecturer of Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Lecturer of Finance to join the Faculty of Finance & Accounts in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching and assessment in line with the approved curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, seminars, tutorials and workshops according to the timetable and curriculum.
• Design and continuously update lesson plans, learning materials and teaching resources that align with programme learning outcomes.
• Apply inclusive, student‑centred teaching methodologies to support diverse learners.
• Design, administer and mark formative and summative assessments following institutional policies.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and ensure assessment practices uphold academic integrity, fairness and moderation requirements.
• Participate in internal and external moderation processes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to create and update curriculum‑aligned teaching resources.
• Commitment to inclusive, student‑focused pedagogy.
• Experience in designing and marking assessments in accordance with academic standards.
• Willingness to engage in moderation activities and uphold academic integrity.
