Legal Associate – Dubai (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Legal Associate to join our contracting company in Dubai. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support, representing the firm before judicial authorities, and ensuring full compliance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the company and its subsidiaries on rights, obligations, and possible actions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal opinions, and reports in line with labour and commercial regulations.
• Represent the company in courts of all levels and participate in legal proceedings as required.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to deliver accurate, up‑to‑date advice.
• Monitor ongoing cases, track developments, and report outcomes.
• Support corporate, commercial, real‑estate, and trade‑related regulatory compliance matters.
• Maintain legal documentation, case files, and administrative processes efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in litigation, real‑estate, and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Professionalism, integrity, and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Arabic (written and verbal); English preferred.
• Negotiation skills.
• Legal research and case‑management capabilities.

What we offer

• Salary package of 12,000 AED.
