Legal Associate – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Associate specialized in real estate to support our transactions, advisory work and dispute resolution across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate real estate documents such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Off‑Plan Addendums, Development Management Agreements and Facility Management Agreements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end legal process for property acquisitions and disposals and provide practical advice to internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipalities, the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities and other government authorities.
• Conduct legal due diligence, title checks, encumbrance reviews and ensure compliance with UAE and emirate‑specific real estate regulations.
• Assist in managing real‑estate disputes, coordinate with external counsel and represent the company in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Support the legal team on general corporate commercial matters and maintain legal files and contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
• 1‑2 years post‑qualification experience in real estate law within a UAE law firm, developer or corporate legal department.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of UAE federal law and Abu Dhabi‑specific real estate regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, business‑oriented approach and ability to manage multiple complex transactions.
