Legal Executive

About the role

The Legal Executive provides day‑to‑day legal support to ensure business activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements. You will draft, amend and review a wide range of commercial agreements, negotiate with third parties, and manage the full contract execution process.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and amend agreements such as NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts and partnership agreements.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers, partners and affiliates while mitigating legal risk.
• Coordinate document execution, signatures, record‑keeping and filing in line with internal governance standards.
• Liaise with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions for specialist advice.
• Conduct basic legal research and provide concise, practical summaries for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to embed legal considerations into business initiatives.
• Identify and escalate legal risks, offering pragmatic, business‑focused solutions.
• Support corporate governance tasks, dispute documentation and review of marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
