About the role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team, focusing on UAE labour law compliance, contract drafting, and corporate transactions. This role offers the chance to work on high‑impact legal matters across a range of industries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on UAE labour laws and ensure organisational compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including shareholder agreements.
- Manage legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence to post‑deal integration.
- Support corporate governance initiatives and legal structuring of entities.
- Identify legal risks and propose strategic, practical solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation.
- Proven track record in contract drafting and M&A transactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently on complex legal issues.
- LLB/LLM or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Prior experience working in the UAE (preferred).
