Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer – Dubai

About the role

Legend Holding Group is looking for an experienced Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer to support its diverse business operations in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide legal, contractual and compliance expertise, ensuring that all corporate activities align with UAE laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage corporate and commercial agreements such as service, vendor, NDA, MOU, lease, consultancy, partnership and employment contracts.
• Provide legal guidance on UAE Labour Law, including disciplinary actions, investigations, disputes and policy compliance.
• Prepare legal notices, warning letters, settlement agreements and other correspondence.
• Support management in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters and compliance investigations.
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and liaise with external counsel and government authorities.
• Conduct legal research, prepare opinions and support risk assessment for business units.
• Maintain legal records, contract repositories and corporate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE legal experience in corporate affairs, commercial contracts and employment law.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and corporate regulations.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements independently.
• Experience handling legal notices, disciplinary matters and employment documentation.
• Excellent English legal drafting and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
