Lifestyle Partnerships Manager

About the role

Persian Horizon is looking for a Lifestyle Partnerships Manager to create, manage and scale high‑impact collaborations across lifestyle categories such as food & beverage, hospitality, retail, wellness, entertainment and premium community platforms. The role will focus on securing strategic partnerships that boost brand presence, unlock commercial opportunities and drive measurable growth through co‑marketing, events and ecosystem alliances.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard strategic lifestyle partners including brands, venues, hotels, restaurants, gyms, retail concepts and premium communities.
• Build partnership pipelines and manage end‑to‑end execution from outreach and negotiation to activation and reporting.
• Develop collaboration concepts such as co‑branded campaigns, experiences, member offers, events, pop‑ups and influencer/community tie‑ins.
• Negotiate commercial terms, define deliverables and manage agreements to ensure mutual value and performance outcomes.
• Plan and execute partner‑led activations that generate qualified leads, footfall, awareness and revenue impact.
• Maintain long‑term partner relationships and create repeatable partnership models to scale across markets.
• Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations and Sales to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency.
• Track partnership performance using KPIs such as partner ROI, engagement, conversion and pipeline contribution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to inform partnership strategy and new opportunities.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, brand collaborations or lifestyle marketing.
• Strong network across lifestyle sectors (F&B, hospitality, retail, wellness, entertainment) is preferred.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage partnerships from concept to execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with comfort working toward growth and performance KPIs.
