Litigation Associate (Arabic/English) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced bilingual Litigation Associate to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will manage complex civil and criminal disputes before UAE courts, providing end‑to‑end representation for commercial, civil and real‑estate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, memoranda, legal notices and settlement agreements in Arabic and English.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals and government authorities.
• Manage litigation files from initiation through enforcement, coordinating with court clerks, experts and enforcement departments.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies under UAE civil, commercial and procedural law.
• Advise clients on litigation risks, case progress and settlement opportunities.
• Coordinate with external counsel, experts and authorities to advance cases.
• Support senior lawyers on complex disputes, arbitration and enforcement actions.
• Ensure compliance with procedural deadlines and maintain high accuracy in submissions.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent law degree (LLM is an advantage).
• 10+ years of litigation experience within the UAE jurisdiction.
• Native or fully fluent Arabic and strong professional English.
• Proven track record before UAE civil and criminal courts.
• Ability to independently manage multiple cases and deadlines.
