Logistics & Collection Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics & Collection Coordinator will oversee daily product collection activities across multiple locations in the UAE. You will assign tasks to drivers, monitor progress, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assign collection tasks to drivers and track completion of deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate schedules, pickup locations and special instructions to drivers.
• Monitor driver movements, provide updates to sales, procurement, warehouse and operations teams.
• Handle urgent or last‑minute collection requests and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, driver assignments, completed and pending collections.
• Assist with petty‑cash handling, expense recording and related documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics coordination, transportation, dispatch or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of UAE road networks and locations.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Basic computer and email applications.
