About the role
Waterlink Trading is seeking a Trade Operations Executive to join its Dubai office. The role supports non‑ferrous metals trading and oversees international trade operations, ensuring smooth processing of contracts, cargo bookings and payments.
Key responsibilities
- Process purchase contracts and coordinate cargo bookings for metal shipments.
- Track shipments, monitor payment schedules and ensure timely invoicing.
- Maintain accurate trade documentation and records.
- Liaise with suppliers and buyers to resolve operational issues.
Required profile
- Strong background in trade operations or logistics.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience managing contracts, shipments and payment tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and buyers.
