About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage vehicle deliveries, collections and fleet movements for its car rental operations. The role ensures smooth daily operations and timely vehicle handling across branches and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections and transfers between branches and customers, planning daily movements and driver allocation.
- Monitor fleet availability, vehicle status and movement records, and liaise with maintenance teams for servicing and repairs.
- Prepare daily logistics and fleet movement reports, handle customer requests related to vehicle delivery and collection, and resolve logistical issues.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, fleet coordination or the car rental industry.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and daily reporting.
- Experience with car rental software; knowledge of Speed System is a plus.
