Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will join the operations team at LVMH Fashion Group Middle East, based in Dubai, reporting to the Head of Operations. The role supports the regional hub for luxury brands such as CELINE, GIVENCHY, LOEWE, Kenzo and FENDI across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multi‑modal international freight, with a focus on high‑priority air freight and white‑glove 3PL providers.
• Monitor daily transport expeditions, ensuring correct execution from planning to final delivery and maintaining visibility on loads, routes and incidents.
• Manage incident detection, recording and resolution for delays, damages or service deviations.
• Serve as regional expert for CITES compliance, handling exotic material imports/exports and coordinating inspections.
• Oversee Saudi Arabia SABER compliance, customs clearance, duty exemption applications and regulatory clearance for beauty & fragrance products.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics workflows.
• In‑depth knowledge of CITES regulations, Saudi SABER system and GCC customs laws.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/WMS platforms such as SAP or CEGID.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
