Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will join the operations team at LVMH Fashion Group Middle East, based in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role supports the regional hub for luxury brands such as CELINE, GIVENCHY, LOEWE, Kenzo and FENDI, ensuring seamless freight, transport and compliance across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multi‑modal international freight, focusing on high‑priority air freight and white‑glove 3PL providers, negotiating rates and lead times.
• Manage daily transport expeditions, monitor inbound and outbound flows, and maintain visibility on loads, routes and incidents.
• Detect, record and resolve transport incidents, working with carriers, warehouses and internal teams to minimise impact.
• Serve as regional expert for CITES compliance on exotic materials and manage Saudi Arabia SABER registration for apparel and accessories.
• Oversee regulatory clearance for beauty and fragrance products with local health authorities.
• Direct customs clearance activities, duty exemption applications and free‑zone regulations for major regional airports.
• Align logistics arrivals with boutique launch calendars and support daily operational issue resolution.
• Prepare and present shipment reports and KPIs to brand stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics workflows.
• In‑depth knowledge of CITES regulations, Saudi SABER system and GCC customs laws.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/retail systems such as SAP or CEGID.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
