About the role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping and marine activities for our offshore operations. The role focuses on coordinating vessel movements, maintaining documentation, and supporting daily marine logistics in the oil and gas sector.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate offshore vessel logistics and daily marine operations.
- Track vessel maintenance, certifications, and required documentation.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support asset coordination and ensure compliance with marine regulations.
Required profile
- Diploma in Marine, Oil & Gas, Business or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in offshore operations within the oil & gas industry.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of offshore vessel operations.
- Marine logistics expertise.
- Asset coordination and vessel documentation handling.
