Logistics & MIS Executive

About the role

The company is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics & MIS Executive to support logistics operations, MIS reporting, customs coordination, regulatory compliance, and receivables tracking for a growing food trading business in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales, warehouse stock, vehicle utilisation and management dashboard reports using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate shipment documentation, customs paperwork (Bills of Entry, Certificates of Origin, Health Certificates, HS Codes) and liaise with clearing agents for timely clearance.
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality for permits, inspections, food import approvals and manage food‑safety, Halal and warehouse licensing records.
• Track customer receivables, maintain ageing reports, handle cheque and cash deposits, and support petty‑cash reconciliations.

Required profile

• UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, MIS or operations, preferably in F&B, FMCG, frozen food or cold‑chain logistics.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and government portals (Dubai Trade, Mirsal).
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
• Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
