About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee dispatch planning and customer deliveries in Fujairah, UAE. The role involves coordinating with production, sales, transporters and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage dispatch planning and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, sales, transporters, and customers.
- Arrange trucks and monitor delivery schedules.
- Handle Delivery Orders (DO), Proof of Delivery (POD), and transport documentation.
- Track pending orders and prepare delivery reports.
Required profile
- 2-5+ years experience in logistics/dispatch within a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing of cement, dry mix, construction chemicals, or building materials.
