Logistics Supervisor – Reverse Logistics (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon’s Worldwide Operations team is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead the Reverse Logistics (RL) channel in the MENA region. Reporting to the RL Operations team, you will oversee multiple sites, ensure compliance, and drive performance improvements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of RL programs and develop action plans to meet targets.
• Manage ramp‑up activities, vendor scouting, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare and present daily performance summaries and executive updates.
• Design, pilot, and roll out enterprise‑wide initiatives focused on cycle‑time reduction, returns processing, and financial auditing.
• Analyze transportation operations data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics to enhance customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
• Experience in an operational role, preferably within logistics or transportation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dive deep into data and anticipate implications.
