Logistics Supervisor – Reverse Logistics (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon’s Worldwide Operations team is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead the Reverse Logistics (RL) Channel Team in the MENA region. The role focuses on monitoring multiple sites, ensuring operational compliance, and driving performance improvements across transportation and returns processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of RL programs across multiple sites and create action plans to meet targets.
• Manage ramp‑up activities, scouting new vendors, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Prepare and present daily performance summaries and executive updates.
• Develop, pilot, and roll out enterprise‑wide initiatives aimed at cycle‑time reduction, delivery experience enhancement, and financial auditing.
• Analyze data, identify patterns or disruptions, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in an operational role, preferably within logistics or transportation.
