Logistics & Warehouse Executive

About the role

Responsible for coordinating the end‑to‑end movement of equipment and materials, including freight, customs, transportation, warehouse management and final delivery to project sites. The role works closely with relevant departments to ensure logistics requirements are considered before purchase and that materials are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate freight, customs clearance, transportation and delivery.
• Manage local and GCC logistics and cross‑border shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and transporters.
• Review cargo dimensions, weight, packaging & special handling requirements with Procurement.
• Track shipments, delivery schedules and logistics costs.
• Manage warehouse receiving, storage, inventory and stock movement.
• Coordinate equipment/material delivery to project sites and internal teams.
• Check deliveries against documents and report shortages or damages.
• Maintain logistics, warehouse and delivery records.
• Identify and resolve shipment, delivery and logistics issues.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of logistics, warehouse or supply chain experience.
• International and local logistics experience; GCC/cross‑border experience is an advantage.
• Experience handling equipment, project cargo or industrial materials is preferred.
• Good knowledge of freight, customs and transportation coordination.
• Strong communication, documentation and follow‑up skills.
• Practical, organized and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency.
