Loyalty Optimisation Manager

About the role

Emirates Skywards is seeking a senior commercial and analytical leader to deepen loyalty intelligence, enhance programme performance and support sustainable growth. You will shape the future of the loyalty programme by leveraging data, economics and industry insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute optimisation strategies for programme economics, top‑ and bottom‑line performance.
• Analyse loyalty trends, competitive benchmarks and commercial drivers to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Finance and loyalty specialists to improve transparency of programme contributions.
• Lead optimisation initiatives across Earn, Reward and Cash+Miles propositions for Emirates, flydubai and partners.
• Present executive‑level KPIs, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Statistics or related field.
• 10+ years experience in loyalty, commercial strategy, revenue management, pricing, analytics or related functions.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Leadership experience managing teams and delivering outcomes in complex environments.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and forecasting.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Stakeholder management and influencing.
• Experience with SQL, Python, BI tools, scenario modelling or AI‑enabled analytics.
