About the role

Join Mohamed Hilal Group as a Luxury Advisor, focusing on high‑end fragrance brands. You will create memorable in‑store experiences, guide discerning clients through niche perfume collections, and drive sales in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and elevate guest experience standards to build strong loyalty.
• Assist customers with product queries, recommend fragrances, and demonstrate usage.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, track sell‑out performance, and generate daily sales reports.
• Ensure merchandising complies with brand guidelines and manage stock replenishment.
• Monitor post‑launch sales and support incentive programmes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably fragrance, beauty or fashion.
• Passion for perfumes and strong scent‑profiling knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Professional appearance and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
