About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at a world‑renowned luxury hotel brand and deliver exceptional dining experiences to discerning guests. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be the face of the property, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s high standards and vibrant personality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, brand‑styled welcome and escort them to their tables.
• Recall and acknowledge guest preferences, maintaining accurate guest history records.
• Take food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar, and serve items promptly.
• Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and presented according to luxury standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively to guarantee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment (preferred).
• Professional, polished appearance that meets brand grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic demeanor with strong conversational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
