Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate

About the role

A luxury jewelry boutique in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Sales Associate who combines high-end retail expertise with client advisory to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales of fine jewelry and uphold the brand's premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients, giving personalized advice on fine jewelry collections
• Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship and value to drive sales
• Process transactions accurately as sales consultant and cashier
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through proactive client care and follow-up
• Keep up to date with product lines, trends and promotions
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory to brand standards
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, requests and escalations professionally

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in luxury retail sales or fine jewelry environments
• Proven technical sales skills, including POS and cashier operations
• Strong client advisor and client care expertise
• Solid understanding of retail merchandising principles
• In-depth knowledge of jewelry terminology, precious metals and gemstones
• Fluent English; basic Arabic is a plus
• Attention to detail and professional presentation

Preferred qualifications

• Premium or bespoke jewelry service experience
• Gemology certification or formal jewelry training
• Fluency in Arabic and/or other languages
• Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory management software
• Track record of upselling and repeat client acquisition
