Luxury Travel Team Leader (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading luxury travel and lifestyle business to build a high‑end travel consulting function in Dubai. The Luxury Travel Team Leader will manage VIP clients, drive revenue growth, and develop a growing team of travel consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP and high‑net‑worth clients across luxury travel experiences.
• Handle inbound, outbound, and referral‑led business opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through relationship building, networking, and proactive sales activity.
• Create tailored luxury travel experiences including premium flights, hotels, villas, and bespoke itineraries.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of future team members.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex bookings and VIP requests.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Represent the business at industry events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury travel sales or dealing with high net‑worth clients.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with the ambition to grow a team.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development and client acquisition.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for global travel and premium customer experiences.
• Flexibility to support clients outside regular working hours when required.
