About the role
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps) to develop, deploy, monitor and optimise ML models and AI pipelines for production environments in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy ML models and pipelines using CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and orchestration tools.
- Implement model monitoring, drift detection and maintenance strategies.
- Optimise models for inference speed and resource efficiency.
- Perform data collection, cleaning, transformation and feature engineering.
- Build automated ML pipelines, versioning, experiment tracking and deployment workflows.
- Deploy solutions across cloud platforms and edge devices, including resource‑constrained environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, DevOps teams and product managers.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, models and operational procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, AI or related field.
- 5–9 years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI engineering or MLOps.
- Strong Python programming skills and hands‑on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas and Scikit‑learn.
- Experience deploying models in production and using Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP).
