Management Information Analyst – Remote Freelance

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire experienced Management Information Analysts who will help train cutting‑edge language models on professional document, spreadsheet and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, flexible and paid on an hourly basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain executive KPI dashboards and monthly business performance decks.
• Develop ad‑hoc SQL data pulls, data‑quality validation checklists and metric definition glossaries.
• Create self‑serve reporting templates and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience building BI dashboards, KPI reporting and self‑serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluent in SQL and proficient with at least one BI/visualisation tool, with a proven track record of turning raw data into decision‑ready narratives.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets and presentations, with strong written communication and attention to detail.
