Management Lecturer – Business & Management

About the role

The Management Lecturer delivers high‑quality teaching and learning experiences across management and business disciplines, fostering critical thinking, leadership, and practical problem‑solving among undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, seminars and practical sessions.
• Prepare, administer and grade examinations, quizzes, assignments, projects and other assessment tasks.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and maintain regular consultation hours.
• Offer academic advising, mentoring and support throughout the student lifecycle.
• Develop and coordinate internships, industry placements, capstone projects and other experiential learning activities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with industry, community organisations and other academic institutions.
• Contribute to curriculum development, scholarly research and collaborative initiatives.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of successful teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, demonstrating teaching excellence.
• Active research portfolio meeting AACSB standards, with recent publications in reputable (preferably ABDC‑indexed) journals and conference presentations.
