About the role
The Customer Success Specialist in Dubai will drive client satisfaction and ensure successful adoption of AI solutions within the education sector. You will support MEA client relationships, enhance user experience, and contribute to long‑term retention.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and schools, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Drive adoption and optimisation of AI solutions across client divisions and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and provide training and resources.
- Monitor client metrics to identify growth opportunities and contribute to retention strategies.
Required profile
- Proven track record in customer success.
- Previous experience in EdTech or education.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive problem‑solving and collaborative mindset.
